Unlike simple Evapo Rust, Rust 911 comes as a concentrate that requires mixing. You need to combine it with water at a 16:1 ratio. It means a 16 oz. bottle will give you 2-gallon of liquid.

To set up, I followed instructions to pour 8 oz. of the black liquid gold into a gallon of water and shake thoroughly. Then I was ready to dunk my rusty pieces.

Just like with Evapo Rust, Rust 911 made light work of surface rust. Those bolts and brackets I’d tested came out spotless after a single overnight soak.
